Castello releases may be limited. We want every customer to have a fair opportunity to shop.

Shop through official Castello pages

Please enter the store through castelloccc.com and use the official product and checkout pages. Do not use private, leaked or manipulated checkout links.

Automated purchasing is not allowed

You may not use bots, scripts, automated checkout tools or any other technology intended to bypass purchase limits, queues, access controls or the normal shopping process.

Order review and cancellation

We may review, limit or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including when we identify:

• Suspected bot or automated-checkout activity
• An attempt to bypass a stated product limit or access control
• Suspected payment fraud or unauthorised payment activity
• A pricing, inventory or technical error
• False, incomplete or unverifiable order information
• Conduct that threatens the security or fair operation of the store

Any stated per-customer or per-household purchase limit forms part of the release terms. Multiple orders may be combined or cancelled where they appear to avoid a published limit.

If an order is cancelled, any captured payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing times may apply.
